Abstract: This is a New York City residence that has seen many early calls and live shoots.

The Tribeca home, co-owned by presenter Savannah Guthrie and her husband Michael Feldman, is on the market for $7.1 million.

According to Realtor.com®, the home last changed hands in 2017 for $7,114,393.

Built in 2016, the turnkey four-bedroom condo occupies an entire floor of the Lower Manhattan building and boasts 3,735 square feet of living space and 10-foot ceilings.

According to the listing, no expense has been spared in the renovation, which includes many high-end touches.

"The lift leads directly into the gracious foyer with a beautiful hand-painted mural by Dean Barger's studio on the wall," says Cortnee Glasser, agent with Sotheby's International Realty - Manhattan East brokerage.

The spacious great room has nearly 50 linear feet, wall-to-wall windows, and a concrete ceiling.

Although Guthrie often says she doesn't cook, the chef's kitchen is fully equipped with floor-to-ceiling cabinets, a Saint Laurent marble island and Gaggenau appliances - including a wine cooler and vented range hood.

The listing notes that the flex space off the kitchen is used as an informal dining area, but it could just as easily be a study or playroom.

"If I had to choose a favourite thing about the flat, I'd have to say it's the steel and glass wall with doors separating the dining room from the great room," says Glasser." Not only is it stunning, but the installation divides the room into different living areas without losing any visibility."

The master bedroom has a fireplace and an attached dressing room with bespoke oak woodwork and mirrored wardrobes - surely fit for a high-profile TV personality.

The master bathroom has Carrara marble and lapis lazuli accents, a soaking tub, shower, double vanity and flat screen TV - perfect for catching up on the day's news.

The bedrooms where Guthrie's children Vale and Charley sleep share a bathroom with a double vanity and high-end fixtures.

There is also a steel and glass door in the hallway that leads to the north end of the home, where the bedrooms are located, so you can entertain guests without anyone sleeping in one of the bedrooms hearing anything, says Glaser.

The fourth bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The home office has a built-in desk and Murphy bed, so it can also be used as a guest bedroom.

"It's a perfect, spacious family home," says Glasser." The layout is very flexible and there is an abundance of storage in every corner."

If the new owner's belongings can't all fit in this home, the flat also comes with a 62-square-foot storage room with custom shelving and electricity, which, according to the listing, is the largest storage room in the building.

The building has a 24/7 doorman, a full time caretaker, and a fitness room.

Guthrie has been co-anchor of NBC's "Today" since 2012. She has been a reporter for NBC News since 2007.

Viewers may recognise the flat. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Guthrie frequently hosted the "Today" show from this house, as well as from another house in upstate New York.
